*Orders will be delivered by your national postal services. The delivery times shown in the above table are the times generally observed and may vary for reasons beyond our control. No penalty or compensation payments shall be accepted on these grounds.

Upon confirmation by the bank of acceptance of your payment, Etat Pur will process your order, which will be shipped to the delivery address provided when ordering on the site.

Standard Delivery (by your national postal services):

Parcels shipped are delivered to your letterbox. If the size of your letterbox is incompatible with the parcel, your postman will leave you a notification inviting you to pick it up at the post office within the period indicated on the notification. If the parcel is not picked up within the period allowed, it will be returned to us and you will receive a refund for the products ordered (by crediting the debit/credit card or the Paypal account used when ordering) within 30 days at the latest of the return of the parcel to Etat Pur.

If the parcel arrives damaged or open, you must submit an appropriate claim to the deliveryman or postal services. All parcel deliveries accepted shall be deemed free of defects imputable to delivery.

Express Delivery (TNT Express):

Parcels are passed on to our shipping agent, TNT. You can track the shipment in real time and your parcel will be delivered to your home against signature. If you are not at home, the deliveryman will leave a notification inviting you to contact TNT to arrange a subsequent delivery at your convenience. If you do not contact TNT, two further attempts (maximum) will be made to deliver the parcel. If, in spite of everything, it proves impossible to complete delivery or should you refuse to accept said delivery, the parcel will be returned to Etat Pur.

If the parcel arrives damages or open, you must refuse to accept delivery, stating the reason on the shipping note or else accept it but clearly stating your precise reservations and your reasons on the shipping note. All parcel deliveries accepted without reservations on delivery shall be deemed free of defects imputable to delivery.

2- Returns

a. "Satisfied or a full refund" guarantee

Not satisfied with a product? You may return any products which you do not wish to keep within 30 calendar days as of the date of receipt of your order. You must pay the return costs. To obtain a refund on these products, you must return them to us new and in their original packaging. However, if the products are no longer new or in their original packaging, you may still return them; this offer is limited to one per household. We would ask you to package the products carefully in order to obviate any problems with the return.

To return your products, you must follow the instructions below:


  1. Log in to your Etat Pur account with your email address and your password and go to "My returns".
  2. Click on "New return request" and select the order concerned.
  3. Select the products concerned and give your reason for returning them (cancellation or faulty).
  4. You will then receive several emails telling you about the procedure you should follow.
  5. Once your return request has been accepted, you should print out your "return form", which you must then include in the parcel you are returning.
  6. Go to your local post office in order to return the parcel to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you keep the receipt provided by the postal services regarding the return of your parcel. Etat Pur declines any responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged during shipping.

Etat Pur reserves the right to refuse any returns not accompanied by the return form or which do not match the initial order.

Please note that we do not accept the return of products carriage forward.

The sums paid on order for the products that you have returned will be refunded, except for the return costs, which you have to pay yourself. If the Buyer returns his/her order in full, the initial shipping costs (shipment of the parcel to the Buyer by Etat Pur) will be refunded. If the Buyer returns only part of his/her order, the initial shipping costs (shipment of the parcel to the Buyer by Etat Pur) will not be refunded. Refunds on returned products shall be made by crediting the debit/credit card or Paypal account used on order within a period of 30 days as of the date of receipt of the returned parcel by Etat Pur.

All returns received by Etat Pur, which indicate that the parcel has been returned after the period covering the right of withdrawal of 30 calendar days (as per postmark), and any returns that do not follow the procedure set out above shall not be considered for a refund or an online credit note by Etat Pur.

Etat Pur reserves the right to cancel any order deemed not to meet the aforementioned criteria, without it however being liable.


b. Order error or defective products

IIf you receive products that do not match your order or defective products, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, by email: or by telephone: 0207 6600 189 (Monday to friday, 9am-6pm and Saturday until 4pm, cost of local call),in order that we can confirm such non-conformity and inform you of the procedure to follow.

The sums paid on order for the products that you have returned will be refunded. We also cover the return costs (you must include proof of payment of the return costs provided by postal services in your return parcel). Refunds on returned products and return costs will be made by crediting the debit/credit card or Paypal account used on order within a period of 30 days as of the date of receipt of the returned parcel by Etat Pur. You may also request an online credit note, which you can use only for a new order placed on, valid for one year as of its issue date.
